Field Service Engineer

Requirements
Education: Diploma in Electrical, Electronics or related field.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar field service role.

Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of [specific equipment or systems], troubleshooting techniques, and diagnostic tools of Electronic and Electrical Equipments. Experience in UPS systems, ELV systems preferred.

Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with customers and internal teams.

Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites as required by the job

Key Responsibilities:

Installation & Commissioning: Perform installation, setup, and commissioning of equipment at customer sites.

Maintenance & Repair: Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on [specific products or systems] to ensure optimal functionality.

Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues on-site, providing quick solutions to minimize downtime for customers.

Customer Support: Offer technical support to customers, answering questions and providing guidance on the proper use of equipment.

Training: Provide training and demonstrations to customers on proper equipment use and maintenance procedures.
