Requirements
Qualification: Degree or Diploma
Experience: 2 to 3 year
Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule service appointments, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
Communicate with clients/customers /OEMs to confirm appointments, provide updates, and address concerns.
Maintain accurate records of service requests, work orders, and client interactions in the company’s database or CRM system.
Monitor service progress and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure seamless service operations.
Manage inventory or service-related supplies, if applicable.
Prepare and generate reports on service activities, performance metrics, and customer feedback.
