Key Responsibilities:

IT Support & Troubleshooting:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.

Diagnose and resolve system errors, application problems, and connectivity issues.

Assist end-users with IT-related concerns via phone, email, or in person.

System & Network Maintenance:
Install, configure, and maintain IT infrastructure (servers, networks, operating systems).

Monitor system performance and security to prevent downtime or cyber threats.

Perform regular system updates, backups, and data recovery procedures.

Project Support & System Upgrades:
Assist in IT infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments.

Work with vendors and third-party providers for IT procurement and solutions.

Document system configurations, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.

Implement security protocols to protect against cyber threats, viruses, and data breaches.

Manage user access controls, permissions, and authentication processes.
