Presale Engineer

Requirements

Education: Diploma, Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electrical/Electronics.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in a presales, technical sales, or engineering role.

Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of products, services, or technologies and ability to design and present complex solutions. Exposure to Power equipment, ELV systems, IT & Networking preferable.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

Presentation Skills: Proficient in delivering engaging presentations to customers, including technical demonstrations.

Problem-Solving: Ability to identify customer pain points and provide effective technical solutions.

Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with sales teams, technical teams, and customers to drive success.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in industry-specific tools, products, or solutions are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

Solution Design: Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and design tailored technical solutions that align with their business objectives.

Technical Presentations: Present and demonstrate product features, benefits, and technical capabilities to clients, both virtually and in person.

Proposal Support: Assist in creating detailed technical proposals, including cost estimates, timelines, and solution specifications.

Customer Engagement: Engage with customers to gather technical requirements, address concerns, and offer solutions throughout the sales process.

Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, develop go-to-market strategies, and support closing deals.

Training & Documentation: Provide training to customers and internal teams on product features, functionality, and benefits.
